Job Duties and Requirements:

The job includes the determination, coordination, and management of all of the aspects of a concrete testing environment in compliance with NYC Building Code requirements. The successful Director will identify and fulfill all functional responsibilities of this important leadership role, including management of budgets, equipment, certifications, and personnel in the operation of an AASHTO-accredited and NYCDOB-licensed concrete testing laboratory.
  • MUST HAVE prior demonstrated ability in managing a concrete testing laboratory and personnel therein.

  • Licensed NYS Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) with full knowledge of NYC codes.
