Responsible for topographic surveying/property parcel mapping for 83 properties in the project area. KS Engineers, P.C. (KSE) performed all Survey/ROW work in accordance with the New Jersey Map Filing Law, the NJDOT Surveying Manual, and the NJDOT Procedures Manual.

Project work entailed preparation of the entire tract maps, general property parcel maps and individual parcel maps.  Property acquisition included entire takings, partial takings, utility grading, drainage and slope easements and site parcels.  All maps prepared in accordance with NJDOT right-of-way Bureau requirements.
