    PROJECT DESCRIPTION

    Carroll Gordon was the Landscape Architect responsible for development of system-wide landscape plans, signage, and site design for visual impact assessment, landscape design and the preparation of final construction documents for the widening of approximately one mile of Mulberry Street. She has also developed construction documents for the improvements along Edison Place, located between Mulberry Street and Route 21 in downtown Newark.
